My partner (who is here from England) had a WONDERFUL experience with Dolores. She made him feel comfortable and put him at ease. I overheard part of the interaction and she is just a gem.

I have been going to Dolores for over 30 years and she does a fantastic job and is one of the nicest people. Even though I’ve lost a lot of hair over the last 30 years, she still treats me like a king every time I go in to see her! She is a one in a million employee!
Got a well-done hair cut by a woman whose name I unfortunately forgot to get. She was friendly, polite, and helped me to decide on a style that really suits me. Not only that, but she helped me to arrange to donate my hair, which is something that really mattered to me. Oh, and thanks to the sale they had going, I got all of this wonderful service dirt cheap, just to round out the positive experience.
