The only place I can get the exact haircut I ask for. Hours can vary, sometimes being closed a full day-which appears to be a matter of staffing? The manager, Mindy, seems pretty rad.
the wild ride I had this weekend with getting my hair right was an emotional roller coaster. I went to a different location and the barber was just out right rude and she didn’t do what I asked for and messed it up so bad that I didn’t even want to go back to have her fix it. So I go to the 72nd location off of Jones and I explained my situation to miss Kara. Not only did she show me compassion and grace, she got me looking amazing. Completely fixed another barbers mistakes. I have really thick curly hair and it’s hard to find barbers I can trust. All of her employees are polite and skilled. What a wonderful setting it was this evening, Friday 7-25-25.# gentleman fixed my hair all up the ticket says Rossi but unsure if thats his name, his chair side manner was just wonderful, he fixed my hair that was full of mistakes and did a fabulous job doing so!.What a cut!! WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
