Krystal consistently cuts my daughter’s hair and she is amazing. She is so nice to my 5 year old daughter and remembers her every time. I highly recommend Krystal!! She’s the best!!

Got a haircut at the Westwood Plaza Great Clips. The barber didn’t do a good job. Everything was wrong. Didn’t know what to say. Paid and left. An hour later, made an appointment at 72nd and Jones. They saved me. The ladies working were nice, welcoming, skilled, and had a laugh at my story. Didn’t charge me a penny. I’m sure it was just one barber at Westwood, but I won’t take my chances anymore. Will now only use the 72nd and Jones GC.Service: Haircut

Went here a bit ago and for my haircut it was great but I'm a guy so we all pretty much only have about 4 haircuts that get circulated. Our daughter had a fantastic experience. My wife didn't really get the same experience, but we understand with the price and quick time frame that it wasn't going to be the same as a salon. If you are okay with a cheap fast haircut it was great, if you want something a little more polished maybe go to an actual salon and spend a bit more.
