If you’re looking for a dental team that knows how to work with kids and is willing to put in the extra effort of making sure your child has a fun, positive experience at the dentist, this is the place to go!

Good Life Smiles has been an incredible experience for our family. You can tell Dr. Pete Harbert truly cares about his patients and their families, and that level of compassion and professionalism is rare. My son feels at ease the entire time, which means everything when it comes to pediatric dental visits. I can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Harbert and his team!

The only tears we have at Good Life Smiles are when we have to leave!

We were referred over by another dentist for our kids to have a filling at Good Life Smiles. Dr Pete was so fantastic at calming nerves, explaining the procedure and having the best, most up-to-date equipment for paediatric care helped put us at ease as well.

This place is a gem! The environment is calm and relaxing not only for my child but for myself as a parent who has dental anxiety. Dr. Pete did a great job taking things at my 22 month old daughter's pace. He makes it fun for her by checking her stuffed monkey's teeth. I never felt rushed and love that she got to pick out a new book to take home with her. Plus one of the girls at the front was a life saver when I had a mom fail and forgot my diaper bag! She was a queen for offering up some essentials to nsave this mom.

Drove up from Fremont to be turned away because of my insurance (that I provided UPON SCHEDULING)…..seriously?

The dentist is wonderful I loved him. The way they handle their business is not. I called to make a payment and reschedule my daughter’s appointment. They responded with a text and just started randomly charging cards I had on file. I don’t understand why they handled that so unprofessionally. I called paid off my balance and now looking for a new office because what?

In April, my toddler had a 6-month check-up scheduled with Good Life Smile. About a week before the appointment, I called to inform them that my child no longer had Medicaid coverage. They advised me to call back once I had new insurance.
The day before the appointment, I called again to let them know we would not be able to make it. Despite notifying them both a week in advance and again 24 hours prior to the appointment, I was later informed that I would be charged a $50 no-show fee.

This was our first missed appointment, and it was due to insurance issues. I believe I followed their policy by giving adequate notice, and I was surprised to receive a bill via text today stating the $50 is due. I’m frustrated by this situation and do not feel the charge is fair given the circumstances. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this office to others.
Please remove the $50 fee. You should not have charged me, as I called and provided notice a week prior.

Dr. Pete is the best! He makes my kids feel comfortable and safe. I appreciate his thoroughness and for answering all the questions I may have at appointments. Highly recommend, especially if your kid gets a little nervous at the dentist office :)
