I feel the necessity to express how good the guys from Geek Squad are. I have never once been unsatisfied with their work, the are simply amazing arder 5 appointments with them wether it’s remote start or car stereo installation they are the best also with the best prices tbh. Always being very comprehensive and always giving the best service.

Ugh... Idk how to even review this, ill say, the geek squad people are better then the actual bestbuy employees. But still kinda not great. On my second phone now after being a total member. Just opted for the replacement which i didn't know id be paying for, of which is a refurbished photo, so not only am i paying new phone prices, im also paid 200 on top of my membership. Sad this is the only location that does repair, tho on this phone, i was told id receive a replacement if something happened anytime happend but i couldn't even get a loaner because the screens aren't even being sent from the manufacturer.
