My AC stopped working. I called Fred's as a new customer. They fit me in at a time that met my schedule. The technician, Sean, quickly diagnosed the problem - failed capacitor - and replaced it. I am very pleased with Fred's and their technician.

Fred’s Heating and Air was able to repair our AC the same day we called. No pushy sales pitch-just great repair service for our older unit. The technician took time to explain to us what the issue was and took care of the problem. He gave us some advice for what to watch for in the future as we have an older system, but for now everything is back up and tested and running perfectly!
