The technician guy was very nice. Great experience. Just not sure the rate is higher or lower compared with other company. Any way, truly appreciate for coming with maintenance. on my heating system.

I've been using Controlled Comfort at my home and in my multiple business locations for 10 years. Other HVAC companies I've tried whine about, then just walk away from issues that Controlled Comfort just takes care of. Recommend w/out reservation. Update (5/2023): It's been a year since last HVAC checkup from CC. Still same great service. Update (1/2024): I needed emergency furnace service on a very frigid Sunday.
