While the outcome was not always what families wanted, the care provided is beyond phenomenal. One suggestion noted that surgical waiting rooms need more comfy chairs for long days.
I gave this 5 ⭐ so you could be properly warned, these people have no bedside manors at all, and if you just have insurance your a problem. My friends son just died in there, he fell going to the restroom. No nurse to help him or spot him.The minute he entered this place they waited for him to die. And when my friend tried to convey his and her wishes, the nurse yelled at her like she was holding up progress and ignored her. I did not know doctors and nurses could ignore their patients? Can they? No but this hospital did. They had no sympathy for a terminal man with just insurance. Where is you heart, your empathy, common decency? Outcome was not what our family wanted, but the nurses, RNs, various teams of doctors on the 6th fl. ICU could not have been more professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. At a difficult time, I am thankful for the various people and personalities that assisted the transition for our family. Appreciate you all!
Was just there today visiting a relative. I got lost finding my way around and had staff actually walk with me to the area(s) I needed to get to. They were SO friendly and helpful. The doctors and nurses kept us informed and explained all the tests they were doing and why they were doing them. I am very impressed with this medical facility.
