I tried to order a candy bouquet for my mother’s birthday while I was out of town. After placing the order and hearing nothing from them for hours as well as making multiple phone calls to them that went unanswered, they finally called me to let me know they wouldn’t be able to deliver the flowers that day as previously promised they could on their website. They then asked if they could deliver the flowers the following Monday instead. I said that was fine before quickly remembering the following Monday was President’s Day and my mother wouldn’t be at work. Within five minutes of them calling me, I called them back and again no one answered. I then tried three different phone numbers found on Google to again no answer. One of the phone numbers had a voice mail option though, so I left a voicemail asking them to please deliver the candy bouquet on Tuesday instead. No one ever called me back and Monday morning I got an email saying the candy bouquet had been delivered. So, I had to drive to my mother’s work, go to the other side of the office and pick up the flowers and drive them myself to my mother. The candy isn’t even the same candy as was advertised on their website! This was a huge mess all around and extremely frustrating. I am not sure if they need to hire more staff or what, but something needs to change.

Got flowers delivered to my wife for valentines day. Contrary to some of the reviews on here, the flowers delivered were beautiful and made her day. She got many compliments from coworkers about how pretty the arrangement was. Pricing was also slightly cheaper compared to some of the other shops nearby. Delivery was smooth despite the hassle of delivering to a hospital. Will definitely be using again.

I got a flower delivery from Florist of Omaha and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous! The lady who delivered the flowers was also very nice!

I ordered flowers from here for my fiancee's birthday and while the flowers looked nice, the process of picking them up was a major pain. The confirmation emails instructs you to call them to see when you can come pick up your order, so I called the day my order was scheduled for pick up and no one answered. I drove to the store and they had a sign in the window saying that they were out delivering orders and would be back "soon". I drove home, called again, no answer. Called again about an hour later, no answer, so I left a message. With about half an hour until they closed, I still hadn't heard anything so I decided to drive back to the store and luckily, I was able to pick up my order. The employee said she had forgotten to forward the phone. I was thankful that I was able to actually get my order on the day I needed it but had I known that picking it up was going to be such a hassle, I'd have just opted for delivery.

Flowers were beautiful. However, first delivery only came with 8 roses. I contacted the business and they sent the rest out immediately. Will use again!

The only thing this place got right was the delivery. I upgraded my selection by $30 to the " premium" piece. What I actually got didn't even meet the standard option. Smaller than pictured and absolutely nothing extra added. Two phone calls later where they said they would see " what they could do" and I've been ghosted Do not use this place. You will definitely be ripped off

The High Hopes Foundation is so grateful for the support of Florist of Omaha. I personally ordered from the Mum's for Moms Fundraiser and the flowers were beautiful! While I a was there, I was able to see many of the other arrangements heading out to moms all over the metro for Mother's Day. They did a fantastic job with each and every one of them! I highly recommend!
