Emilie, the rep was extremely knowledgeable and helpful even from the first email, was able to efficiently pinpoint exactly what I wanted and had a ton of options. “TJ was great to work with. Very friendly, patient and helpful. I had a hard time deciding on backsplash and shower tile. I was a frequent visitor trying to figure it all out. TJ was always patient and helpful. He went above and beyond when we got our backsplash tile delivered and I realized the color did not work. We on had a a few days to figure it out without delaying the build, so he scoured the store to find tile that was in stock locally. He even drove to a warehouse house to find some tile samples and they ended up working perfectly! Picking out finishes can be so overwhelming, but he’s got a great eye for color and helped make it easier.“
