We have used Heartland Wood floors twice. Once when we built our house and now recently when we replaced our living room carpet with hardwood floors. We have receive numerous compliments about how beautiful our floors are! We were impressed with them both times and will be using them again in the near future.They are prompt, communicative, and respectful. I would receive a call every day informing me about what would occur the next day. I appreciated knowing when they were coming and the step by step process. Whoever drives van #29 seems like a joy to deal with as a customer. Guy drives with his foot on the dashboard, reminds me of a teenage girl trying to be cool. And this lovely character almost backed into another customer at a qt this morning. Thank you for looking into this and taking the time to reply. That really shows the integrity of this business.
