I’ve been coming to Family First with my family since I was 5 years old. My parents would bring me month after month because they believed in the power of chiropractic care even though I wasn’t yet old enough to see the value. Now, as an almost-adult, I choose to come back each week because I see the positive effects it has on my health and overall well being. Family First also has an excellent team of kind and caring staff and doctors, which makes the experience even better.

Context: I sit at a desk all day after 4 years of football in high school. I threw my back out pulling boots on and went to a conventional doctor who gave muscle relaxers that worked for all of 4 days. Could barely sit or stand after the fact and was living on ibuprofen and Tylenol rotation I’ve been going to family first for about a year and I’ve had zero back issues since. Highly recommend.

I always knew I had bad posture, but after I got my spine checked and saw how bad it was I am so happy I decided to go through with treatment. In just a month and a half my posture has improved and I can’t wait to see how much farther I will progress.
