I live in front of a creek in my older mobile home and I have used his services a handful of times to help me prevent wildlife from getting under my house this spring.
He has been very helpful and captured several raccoons and a couple possums.
Highly recommend him.
Professional and reasonable prices for such a costly potential problem to have.
Had a bad problem with skunks and he came out same day to assess and set traps. Even the day after the 4th. Thank god he did our house was full of skunk smell. Caught FOUR of them from under our house. Will never use another pest company.
Friday night and I was tired of raccoons regularly hanging out on my roof and possibly entering the attic. EPM quickly came over on a Saturday and set up traps. Great communication and follow-ups through the process.
I also asked for a bat inspection since it was bat season. EPM secured my broken flashing around my chimney cap and evaluated my roof and attic for bats.
