I've been going here for a few years now and just went again for my yearly check-up. Wow, they are so helpful and kind compared to my last vision doctor. This business has no real affiliation with Costco but Costco's rates on lenses are very affordable and it's right there. I will be going here from now on. Not sure why I thought somewhere else might be better, just stick with Costco and places they endorse or support. Oh and they don't accept vision insurance, which I've realized i need to drop anyway. I went back in '24; scheduling was very easy, doc was very kind and very thorough for updating my contact script. Great service!
I had gone to americas best before for my contact prescription. The optometrist here at Costco was great and got my prescription corrected from Americas best and I can 100% tell the difference. He took time to answer my questions and explain what different things meant in the tests that they run. I didn’t find the staff rude at all, the one gal at the front of the office was quieter and that’s it. Getting my glasses afterward was also fast and efficient but I might have just came at the right time of day. Overall, a lot better experience than my previous ones.
I have seen Dr Brown both for myself and 90 yo mom great experience but this review is about the people at optical counter…. I smashed and I mean smashed my glasses. Went int full hoping to buy a new pair. In 15 minutes the fixed mine like new! I am so happy thank you!
