I've been going here for a few years now and just went again for my yearly check-up. Wow, they are so helpful and kind compared to my last vision doctor. This business has no real affiliation with Costco but Costco's rates on lenses are very affordable and it's right there. I will be going here from now on. Not sure why I thought somewhere else might be better, just stick with Costco and places they endorse or support. Oh and they don't accept vision insurance, which I've realized i need to drop anyway. I went back in '24; scheduling was very easy, doc was very kind and very thorough for updating my contact script. Great service!

I had gone to americas best before for my contact prescription. The optometrist here at Costco was great and got my prescription corrected from Americas best and I can 100% tell the difference. He took time to answer my questions and explain what different things meant in the tests that they run. I didn’t find the staff rude at all, the one gal at the front of the office was quieter and that’s it. Getting my glasses afterward was also fast and efficient but I might have just came at the right time of day. Overall, a lot better experience than my previous ones.

My first time at the Costco optometrist his name is Brett Briggs. He's very soft-spoken and kind. He also was very knowledgeable in contacts and getting your eye exams. For several years, I have tried to put contacts in my eyes. He taught me how to do it appropriately, which was great and simple! These new contacts that now will help you see distance and close-up, for those of you is stigmatism; but not necessarily able to read perfectly. I still need my cheaters for that or a prescription. So If you're going to try these new contacts, be sure not to drive at night without your regular eyewear I made that mistake and was seeing double.
