Cost Cutters is a locally owned hair salon that has been providing great service to the community for years. The stylists are friendly, welcoming, and do an excellent job cutting hair. However, customers are disappointed with the salon's recent decision to close at 5:30 PM, as it makes it difficult to make appointments. The website also needs to be updated to reflect the current business hours.
