I never even got a chance to experience this place. I texted the number and she responded, but said that they were booked. I explained that every grooming place has a long waitlist. I mentioned that I was desperate and that it was a few months since my dogs have been groomed and how long their nails were Whoever the person was that I was texting with said she worked from home on Wednesdays if Wednesdays would work I explained my job situation and I never know when I can get done but we tried it. Then my schedule didn't work out, and she was very nice and she was willing to make an exception and groom them on a Sunday morning because she knows how frustrating it can be when you're working all the time. But then the big storm hit. The house she was going to work out of had lost power and there were several big limbs down. So Sunday didn't work out either. But I appreciated her willingness to try. When I asked what the cost would be, she said $150 for both dogs. that's pretty much in line with Mobile places, but I was taking my dogs to her so it was a little bit high, but I was desperate so I agreed. I then asked a few days later and then she started to get pissy and said that I could take them somewhere else if I wanted to explain to her that I wasn't mad. I'm just trying to find out when I can get my dogs to be groomed. No response back after a day or two I texted again. I asked if I could just get on her regular schedule and she either blocked my number or ignored me. Either way it was very unprofessional. What started out as me feeling that they were very kind and willing to help with my schedule all that went away, I'll never try them again The only reason I gave them two stars instead of one was because of how willing she was initially trying to help me

Just picked up our dog. Maria did a fabulous job, exactly what I wanted. He is sooo clean, trimmed up, looks great. Our dog doesn't like being in a crate or cage. We dropped him off & picked him up in 1 1/2 hours. Not like 4hrs at other places, plus less expensive. I will be back. I prefer supporting local businesses.

They do a good job but raised their prices a considerable amount without telling me and when I complained they got mad.
