Great customer service. While other companies treat me like a number or a dollar sign CKF is the opposite end of the spectrum. I noticed the floor reps taking care of other customers the same way. Highly recommend.

Had Brian from CKF come out and repair a spot on our new construction home. He went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. Additionally, he took the time to fix a loose spot on our cabinet in another room. We were very impressed with the communication, timeliness, and cleanliness displayed by the CKF team. Brian was phenomenal to work with!

The staff here are absolutely amazing. I’ve had A great experience working with Matt and Missy. They really take their time and genuinely care. Brian, who works on the other side of things as an installer, was professional and courteous. He did a really good job with my install but did not take forever. Very efficient! My dog runs away and when he arrived my dog ran out and usually people are annoyed and Brian was so nice and helped wrangle my dog and get him inside. It was appreciated Because so many other times with different companies they are just trying to get in and out. “Doing the minimum” Is the one thing that CKF is not capable of.
