Kind, helpful, and transparent through all levels (doctors, the bureaucracy, the staff). 🙏
Got me in at the last minute, zero parking and the nurse tried to tell me I can't express my patient rights. I wanted to decline to being weighed and she tried to argue with me about it. An you can also decline having your temperature taken. So everyone make sure you know your right to decline and don't let nurses bully you into things you don't need.
