We were assisted by Ryan the manager for my dad’s funeral. My dad was a vet and Ryan being one as well Took the absolute most care of all the arrangements for my dad was able to inform us of things that we wouldn’t have even thought to ask about hands down go off without a hitch so thankful for that I would recommend this place doubt
The facility is very nice. The staff I met with were professional and courteous.They are very odd to deal with when it comes to money/finances both during the pre-need meeting and after the services. It took me over a month to get a zero balance statement that I needed and then the numbers didn't agree with the pre-need contract.They don't return messages very well and the SW Chapel is virtually deserted most of the time.Finally, Mom's cremation was done at and by an entirely different facility without notice or explanation.
My brother and I chose Braman Mortuary to care for our mother after her passing. We worked with Ryan Gray who was so kind and helpful. It happened on Labor Day weekend and he was so accommodating in meeting with us even though they were closed. Everything was handled beautifully and we are very pleased with their services. We also were very pleased with the clergyman they recommended. We would absolutely recommend Braman. Thanks again!
