We had a wonderful experience with Steve at Blue Ribbon Cleaning! He has cleaned for our family many times over the years, and he knocks it out of the park every time. Steve is very communicative about scheduling, the general process, and customer expectations. He was punctual and notified us when he was heading our way. Steve is incredibly personable and one of the kindest people I have met! The work was great and he was communicative of any problem areas or areas that needed extra drying time. He was even very mindful of our pets, taking extra measures to keep them safe throughout the day. Pricing is very fair for the quality of work he provides. 10/10 recommend!

Blue Ribbon is the best carpet cleaners in Omaha. Steve has cleaned my carpets for 40 years. Once in a while I've succumbed to some cleaner special. It's never been worth it. Thanks for the excellent job!

We used this service when we purchased our house in June 2020. The previous owners left the carpet disgusting! We were literally closing on our house and they had left town so. Our realtor recommended Blue Ribbon. He was able to squeeze us in and work his magic. He got out pet stains and whatever else was left on that carpet for the most part. Some were so deep it was going to take more time to work them out. He told us the best ways to keep working on it. The carpet looks so much better, is super soft, and fluffy.
