Thank you to Rex for getting us scheduled so quickly! Trevor was polite, courteous and ON TIME. Great job on my carpet repair!

Had terrible wrinkles in my carpet, carpet was only 4 years old but original installers did a poor job, Big Red came out on time and repaired and stretched it back to better than original install in a timely fashion at the exact estimated cost. The tech was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Then I was pleasantly surprised to have a second person show up just to clean up and vacuum. I was impressed and highly recommend.

Hired Big Red's Guaranteed Clean to stretch my carpet in a couple of bedrooms and they then carpet cleaned rooms and a additional room. Rex , Stephen and Madison did the work professionally and met all my needs! Rex handles scheduling and any follow up concerns i had and communication from them was handled very well . Stephen and Madison came to my house to do the work . They did a Great Job and couldn't be happier !
