25 year old carpet and an 18 month old puppy who hasn't mastered the art of potty training. I thought the carpet would look OK but didn't hold put hope that they would be able to make too much of a difference. My carpet looks brand new! I couldn't be more pleased with the work Steven and Madison did! I will definitely be using Big Red's Guaranteed Clean again!!

Excellent experience from start to finish! They were professional and friendly. They did a great job cleaning the carpet and furniture. I would definitely recommend them and will use their services again
