Had terrible wrinkles in my carpet, carpet was only 4 years old but original installers did a poor job, Big Red came out on time and repaired and stretched it back to better than original install in a timely fashion at the exact estimated cost. The tech was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Then I was pleasantly surprised to have a second person show up just to clean up and vacuum. I was impressed and highly recommend.
