The customer service for this place is top notch. I had an online order not get delivered and they went absolutely above and beyond for me and then even made me feel extra special after. They have created a life long customer and I am telling everyone to shop at these stores!!!
I previously wrote a review about my experience at Beauty First at Legacy. My story was correct but I have to add that the owner has reached out to me twice to make things right. She has offered to exchange the item that wasn't right. I really appreciate her doing this. Even when I said I did not want to return to that store she offered the return at other stores. My congrat's to her doing this. Thank you.
The customer service is wonderful, Emily patiently helped me find a product, that I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed. They have a great selection and the ladies are very knowledgeable and friendly. Will be back
