I have been going to Francine for 7 years. I have followed her wherever she went because she is THAT GOOD! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my brows. My eyebrows look great every time and her spa is so relaxing. She is so skilled and could charge more, but she has great prices! Absolutely love her and her place!
