Bath Pros Sales Manager Joe was excellent. Bass pros is a one stop shop operation. Joe came with multiple samples and photographs of shower walls, coordinating tile, coordinating vanity top and cabinet options along with shower fixtures and shower doors. This made the shopping experience much easier and much quicker to reach a great solution! Custom processes all the material for your shower and bath needs. They're installers work from start to finish on the job to make it a seamless process! We highly recommend their services!
Mark at Bath Pros was great to work with; he collaborated closely with us to create an awesome shower. His knowledge of the products and design was incredibly helpful. Although we had a few surprises during the installation, they were quickly resolved to our delight. Our installer, Ron, did a fantastic job in a challenging environment. I am totally excited to get my new shower. Joe and his company has been wonderful to work with. They have since installed my new shower and it is beautiful. They worked me in sooner because I got very sick and made sure I got to use it and see it. They are truly a compassionate company. Beautiful installation and left absolutely no mess, we’re very respectful and wonderful workmanship. Thank you bath pro for caring about me. Recommend them highly. You can’t go wrong.
