I had my house windows replaced and Jay, half of the J and J brothers team, came out and measured my windows. When the windows arrived, 3 of them were significantly smaller than the original windows that were to be replaced. Strike 1. When he started the installation process, he quoted me 4 days, we are now sitting at the end of day 15, and the installation process still isn't complete. Strike 2. When installing the windows Jay failed to add any sort of foam or insulation with the new windows, making them extremely drafty, and tried to hide that fact by putting up mismatch trim pieces around the window.
