Our regular hair dresser is no longer there and she was great made you feel welcomed and when she had a long wait we'd always waited patiently because she was soo friendly and made us feel welcomed. Now that she is no longer there the staff is not friendly and there is no sense of order they seem to serve who they seem to like more than in any type of order. They are not welcoming and make you feel like you're not really welcomed
