I was recommended Andy's Appliance Repair by Handyman Joe's. So I trusted them and I told them who I got their number from. I called and told Carl (a technician ) that my microwave screen said the sensor went out and needed replaced. He said there is a $119.95 service fee plus $5 gas charge and I could get a credit for the gas charge. The service fee would go towards the repair. I said ok because I knew all I needed was the part. Simple repair. So Greg- the technician comes out. Puts a cup of water in the microwave and says "it's your sensor," which we already knew. He said it would be $464 to repair and recommended to replace the microwave. So they charged $133.70 to tell me this. I never got the $5 credit. It was all set up to come out and charge the fee when they knew what they were doing. Very dishonest company!! Do not use them! They will take advantage of you!
