Sean S was great! Took time and was up front and clear about cost of repair and have some great insight and suggestion on appliance shopping. Never felt rushed or that I was putting him out with multiple questions. He had great things to say about the company as well which puts them high on our list for the future!

Bobby was awesome! He came to our house in a timely manner on a Saturday. He was a great communicator, diagnosed the problem easily, and provided great feedback without trying to sell us anything. Thanks, Bobby and All Appliance for providing excellent service!

UPDATED to 5 stars.⭐️: it took 1 day and the part arrived, instead of the projected 7 days. The repairman was here Friday to fix my fridge. It should be up to temp by tomorrow at 10am. All Appliances was nothing but professional. My main grievance is with Whirlpool. I appreciate All Appliance coming late afternoon on a Friday to fix my fridge instead of waiting until next week. I went 7 days without a fridge and our ice for the coolers was running low. ? Original review: 1 1/2 year old fridge broke down. Took them 5 days to finally come out to look at it, just to tell me they have to “order the part and it will be another week.” Had the nerve to say,... read full review
