Thank you very much All Appliance. I got a new double oven stove for a kitchen remodel, the bottom oven did not work when it was installed. It was a Frigidaire, nice oven, but their warranty service system is horrendous, many problems and errors. Bottom line two months after my first call to Frigidaire and referrals to two different local contracted companies to do warranty support, no one had even been here to troubleshoot and one company had been telling me over the phone for a month that "parts were on order". I was finally able to get lucky w/another contact, All Appliance was assigned the ticket. They were at my home at 9 a.m. the next workday after they got the ticket. The technician had the problem repaired 15 minutes after he arrived. Remember, this is after close to three months of Frigidaire and two other local companies screwing it up left and right. To top it off, the repairman was super friendly, very knowledgeable. Thank you. I finally can use my oven in my new kitchen. A word of warning to others who need warranty support for their Frigidaire appliance: There is at least one other company in Lincoln that will immediately want to order parts for your appliance after getting the ticket, even before actually coming to look. It is a racket, and it means you will be waiting weeks or more for parts before you can hope for repair. I looked at that company's reviews on Facebook, they are loaded with complaints of exactly the same thing. If a company tells you this, I highly recommend you wait in their phone queue as long as it takes, and insist on a different company that will actually come to your home to see what is really wrong first.
Just had them out to fix my washing machine. Came the day I called! Ordered part. Works like new. Shawn was very knowledgeable and respectful, working late to get the work done for me!
