Called Southside Plumbing at 11am and by 12:30, Shawn E was at my house ready to help. He assessed the whole basement (even putting his head in the drywall to double check plumbing routes), explained by step what our problem was and solutions, and emailed us multiple estimates to find a solution that worked for us. I am so impressed by this company’s customer service, knowledge, and compassion. Will be using them for all of our problems going forward.

Josh, Zach, Johnny, and Sean were absolute heroes. Few things worse than a surprise plumbing catastrophe, perhaps a plumbing catastrophe that surprises by being far worse than originally thought. Perhaps it is also as a massive rain storm and blizzard roll in. These guys absolutely performed a miracle getting this pretty nightmarish job done in the pouring rain and just before the blizzard really got going. Did I mention that this was just in time for my house to be in working order for my birthday? We knew we were in good hands from the start and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Thank you!

I called in the afternoon to clear a particularly tough basement drain and they were able to get out same day. John, the drain tech who fixed my issue, called ahead and was friendly, efficient, and professional. He did some quick troubleshooting and tested his fix before leaving. Prices were in line with others in town.
