Casey and Josh have been amazing to work with. I had an ongoing problem with a clan of male raccoons moving up to my roof. I had tried two other pest control companies and let me just say the third time was a charm. From my first conversation with Casey I felt super comfortable with her. She was extremely understanding of my dilemma and comforting and kind. Josh set up the traps and within three days he caught all the boys, including a huge one that terrified me. Highly recommend! Had a great experience. They took care of our bat problem and were honest, very informative, and did a wonderful job. They worked quickly and exceeded expectations. If you have pests or critters you need removed in Omaha, give them a call.

Aksarben Bat and Critter helped us at a time when we had just moved into a new house. We knew moving in that there had been bats in the attic in the past. But after the first couple weeks of being there, we were hearing noises coming from the chimney. Aksarben came to our rescue in a snap, they were efficient. We knew exactly what to expect while they were looking into the noise and what we could do to make it better and comfortable for us. They sealed up areas of concern and reassured us of what we needed to do to take care of the area. Even after the visit, the follow up was thorough. We will definitely recommend Aksarben Bat and Critter!
