Dr Arther and all of the staff were great very competent and caring BUT twice during business hours I called with a problem, left a message, but never got a return call. I had to put up with a lot of discomfort and a trip to the ER because of this. Zero for 2 isn't a very good record in a doctor's office. As much as I like and trust Dr Arther I wouldn't have anything major done by this group, because I know there's no one to call in an emergency.

The doctors at this office are great. However, when I went to pay my bill I asked for a discount on my payment as many other providers do this if you ask. However, when I asked the billing office if this was an option I was told that I already receive a discount through my insurance. I kindly pointed out to them that many other providers do offer this; especially for patients that promptly make payments. I was told that they would be informing my insurance company that I mentioned that and was further told that I was being rude for simply bringing this up. I told them that I would be writing them a bad review which I am posting here. Again, the doctors are great but the billing office leaves a bad taste in my mouth. If you go here and you end up dealing with their billing office be forewarned they are not friendly and will try and make you think you are getting a 'discount' through your insurance.

MY PROVIDER PUT ON GLOVES, THEN PICKED UP THEIR COMPUTER, TYPED ON IT, TOUCHING OTHER THINGS (chair, light), THEN PLACING THEIR FINGERS BOTH ON AND IN MY BODY.I don't know how dirty their computer is, but I can guess. Now I'm going to wait to see what comes of it. (Hsv, warts, bv) They shake your hands at the end of each visit, then grab their computer and go to the next appointment. So. Gross.I'm canceling my surgery appointment. ****GLOVES ARE FOR THE CLEANLINESS OF BOTH PARTIES, NOT ONLY THE PERSON DOING THE EXAM. I feel disgusting.Who knows what other sanitary procedures are ignored. I don't want an infection. (I am a patient using a friends account)

Dr Wakefield’s nurse Jeremy walks around with a horribly done tattoo of a naked woman on his arm if that tells you anything about this place. Not a place women or children would feel comfortable at all. I had an absolute nightmare of an experience with them trying to fill a simple prescription as well. Extremely unprofessional and incompetent. I would not recommend anyone to go there.

I’ve suffered for years with chronic pain and it cost me time with my family and my job. There was a long period of being brushed to the side and treated like my pain wasn’t valid. Dr. Mahal saw me and he and his nurses treated me like a human being. I had a surgery that went off without a hitch and I literally have my life back. Surgery was May 4 and I was back to work June 4. I’ve not had to fear my everyday. I can’t thank him enough for helping me.
