I highly recommend Nick at Activate Physical Therapy.  I became a patient over ten years ago and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.  Nick has treated me for knee pain, following knee scopes and eventually the replacement of both knees.  My recovery has been phenomenal.  Using Muscle Activation Therapy (MAT), I have regained full range of motion in both knees.  I love that I no longer dread going up and down the stairs due to knee pain.In addition to my knees, Nick has treated many ailments that affect my daily life.  From foot pain to back pain to headaches, he makes me feel better so I can function in my daily life.  It’s amazing to see & feel the difference when...read full review

Nick has helped me tremendously more than once. Shoulder and back treatments. He is extremely knowledgeable and caring. Honey the coordinator is so helpful and kind. You can't go wrong with either of the guys at Activate PT. They will get you back to feeling better.

Nick has been treating my fibromyalgia and recently a slipped disc. He has given me a quality of life that I never would of received without him. Keeps my pain level to a minimum and prevented surgery from the slipped disc. I’m grateful for his knowledge and thankful for all he’s done for me.
