Absolutely do not use Aardvark. If you are considering them, don't. The issues that I experienced were similar to many of those listed before. The movers showed up late. They were not professional and were careless. Damage done to almost all of the furniture that they moved including three dressers and a loveseat. Damage done to doors and walls throughout the house. Furthermore, despite being significantly told that no travel fee would be charged, a fee of $175 that was not included on their estimate was charged to me. I have made multiple attempts to contact them for resolution by phone and email and have not even received the courtesy of a reply. DO NOT USE!

I used this moving company twice. The first time a couple of years ago went well. This time did not go well. First off, they quoted us a price which we thought was fair so we booked them. We set up a time for them to show up between 9-11. They didn't show. We called, they said they were busy on another job and they rescheduled to show up between for 1-3. well, 3:00 came and they were not there. Finally at 3:30, they arrived - with an attitude. They were mouthy, rude and argumentative. Swear words were common ( F- - k, Sh - t). One kept complaining that he didn't want to be living in Nebraska; he wanted to go back to L.A. I would not use this company again. Called and scheduled the unloading of a moving truck and requested a morning appointment with 2 movers as I had other services taking place that afternoon. I was given a window of 9-11. Awesome! I was called and asked if 8-10 would work and also if I would consider 4 men instead. I agreed. Then I was notified that a move was miscalculated and they wouldn't be there until around 12. That was okay as I understand mistakes happen, but not sure how I got bumped as I was scheduled for 8-10. I called at 12:20 to see where they were and was then notified it would be 3:00. Annoying at this point but can't schedule anyone else because... read full review
