My experience with Rich at A & A Roofing was very professional. The service has been excellent. Rich is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the industry and is honest and displays integrity with each visit. I would highly recommend this roofing company.
I called A and A roofing after a recent storm knocked down a tree and made a hole in my roof. Rich came to my house to give me an estimate for the repair. He told me the biggest expense would be for him to take the time to find a shingle match and that my best and cheapest option would be to find the original roofer to do the work or supply the name and color of my shingles. I followed his advice, which had not occurred to me, and had the repair made by the original roofer. I was very appreciative of Rich's honest advice. A & A quickly worked as a team with our insurance adjuster, making sure any and all hail damage was identified. Their crew arrived early and had it done in a day's time. It was fun watching how well they worked as a team. The owner, Rich, was in constant communications with me and his team before, during and after the roof work. The roof is as beautiful as they day it was first installed, but with clearly higher quality materials. He even helped me work through an issue with our HOA. I have walked the property twice now and have yet to find a scrap or nail anywhere. There are so many roofers out there, that it was hard to choose.
