Jeremy with 123 Exteriors was wonderful to work with and helpful in so many ways. My insurance company initially was not willing to cover any expense beyond my deductible after a major hailstorm despite extensive siding, roof, and window damage. Jeremy was able to meet with the agent to point out areas of damage that were “missed” during their initial assessment and went above and beyond with navigating the MANY back and forth conversations with my insurance company. I was able to get a new roof, windows and siding. The contractors were great at communicating and did an excellent job with the work. Nobody else would work with me and my insurance company to replace our old asbestos roof. 123 took the time to advocate for us, hugely helpful for those of us who aren't familiar with the ins and outs of home insurance and the rights of homeowners. When we were approved, 123 replaced our difficult roof in less than 48 hours, leaving a CLEAN lawn and driveway and never bothering us from start to finish. Warranty paperwork was clear and easy to understand.
Great company that did their job, made it easy for the homeowner, and clearly knew what they were doing at all steps of the process.
