A huge branch in my backyard. fell down and took out the power to my house at 11 or so on a Thursday night.
The city came and disconnected the power.
Friday morning I called Platte Valley Electric but they were already fully booked for the day.
After a few hours of calling other electricians - with no success, at about 2 I called Platte Valley Electric back and asked if they could somehow get power for me so that I didn't lose all of my food ( have a lot frozen).
The office manager said that she would call some of the workers. In a little while I had a call from one of their electricians who said that he would be right over.
