A huge branch in my backyard. fell down and took out the power to my house at 11 or so on a Thursday night. The city came and disconnected the power. Friday morning I called Platte Valley Electric but they were already fully booked for the day. After a few hours of calling other electricians - with no success, at about 2 I called Platte Valley Electric back and asked if they could somehow get power for me so that I didn't lose all of my food ( have a lot frozen). The office manager said that she would call some of the workers. In a little while I had a call from one of their electricians who said that he would be right over. This person went over and above to get my power restored late on a Friday afternoon. Then I waited to see the bill arrive. I was at their mercy. I desperately needed power , I had no other option. However when the bill arrived it was very reasonable. ( I have had a lot of electrical work done a couple of hours from here so know how fast those bills can climb). Platte Valley Electric is not only a quality company they are very responsible and helpful. Never hesitate to call them Gus Lieske
