Extremely helpful staff. I unfortunately lost our only key fob. I called them to get a quote and scheduled for them to come out. He was very friendly on the phone and in person. He had a new fob programmed quickly. Affordable and fair pricing, especially compared to the Ford dealership. Would recommend to anyone.
I had left my car running at the laundromat for my dog and of course she locked me out. When i called they were very understanding and were very quick to arrive. Thank goodness it was fast since my dog was a lot. But the gentleman who unlocked my car was very friendly and prompt. Thank you so much whoever you are! If i ever get locked out again, tho hopefully not, then i will grab your name!!!
Al got to us in less than 10 minutes, was a fair priced, and got my friend’s car unlocked in less than a minute. If you’re in need near North Platte, he’s who to call! Thanks for saving the day while traveling!
