Phil is without a doubt, the best jeweler, friend, and man that anyone would be lucky to know. He's so helpful and knowledgeable about anything and everything, especially pertaining to jewelry. He's not looking to get rich, and he does a lot of things just to be nice, which I don't think I know anyone else in his field that I could say that about.
