Great company. Need someone to fix a leak in the house. They show up when they said they would. Did a great job. Definitely would recommend and will use them again

The only problem I see is that I can only give them five stars! I wish I could give them 10. They were amazing! Todd, who serviced my plugged drains? Was so friendly and efficient, and used a method that I would never thought of and saved me a lot of money. My drains have not run so well in a long time. Misty, who worked with my account, was so professional and accommodating! They are so appreciated and such a welcome business in our community, I thank them all. 💖

I would absolutely not recommend Charlie’s Plumbing in North Platte. They don’t stand behind their work, wanted to charge a second service fee to fix their work, and the office lady Lori was unbelievably rude and should never ever be in customer service. I purchased a kitchen faucet for them to install and the man literally cut the box open himself and said it would work great. The water does not shut off completely right away when you turn the handle. They never said they would not stand behind their labor if they did not provide the faucet and it was never documented or provided to me in advance that they would not. I might be able to understand that if the faucet box was opened or if he said there might be issues with it. He said it would work great. The issue is not with the faucet and she can hide behind that all day but I will make everyone aware that this is how they handle customer service. My issue is not even with the guy that came out although he should have checked it was working properly before he left. My issue is she won’t send them back out to fix what they did wrong without a second service fee. It should have been done right the first time. Beware if you expect any semblance of accountability and customer service because you won’t get it here.

Absolutely fantastic! Todd came out same day, fixed the issue, and even waited to make sure it was resolved before leaving. He even offered to mop up after himself! Thank you!!

I called and made appointment for a toilet that was leaking. I was called the next day and informed that they had to cancel they do not work in mobile homes. They did not mention this when I made the appointment. They need to put this on their website and their phone book ad. I don't know why this company chooses not to service the rather large number of people who live in mobile homes, manufactured homes and/or trailers. It's not my concern, but I will say that I find it highly unprofessional.

They handled the plumbing for our new home. Very poor quality work, and presented us with a huge unexpected over run bill at the end of construction that we were not expecting. Wife was told if not paid within few days in full they would add horrendous interest rate charges on balance, even though we were working thru construction loan with local bank. Don't use these folks, very rude and unprofessional. Needless to say we won't have them back to do anything at our new home.

Called for plumbing problems (Clogged/overflowing drains) on a Sunday for a trailer on a foundation. This has never been an issue before when using Charlie's, we have always used Charlie's. Was told that they do not work on trailers, especially on weekends. They have come out on weekends before. Extremely unprofessional.

We called them for emergency plumbing they said they don't work on trailers but they did work on our Neighbor trailers worst plumbing company they would not help

They are the worst, charged me just to assess the situation and charges 149.00 dollars, when I called charlies they said that is the right charge just to assess the situation, average plumber charges 70.00 an hour it doesn't take 2 hours to assess a situation, also the secretary is so rude and she didn't care what you have to say it as long as they get paid and they didn't even do any work because the leak is before the meter so the city was called to fix the leak, what puts the icing on the cake is Charlie's even lied about going back to turn on the water when the city did the work so obviously the city was the one that turned on the water. Charlie's plumbing is nothing but a lier and cheater do not us them they are useless and absolutely the worst.
