Cierra Wilson is an absolute wizard! I went in looking like a caveman with a beard that hadn’t been trimmed since I started growing it last November and I now look great! She’s by far the most personable hairstylist that I’ve gone to in my 41 years. She really made my day and I will now be a customer of hers for life! Her passion for what she does really stands out and she had a smile on her face for the entire hour she spent working on my hair and beard. She’s an absolute sweetheart and an asset to whatever company she decides to work for next when Royal Image closes their shop later this year!

I came to Norfolk from Upstate NY for a family celebration. My Wife decided she needed a Puerto Rican Blowout, so I researched the area for Salons that had experience with her type of hair. The Royal Image Salon and Spa was one of three that we decided to do a Walk-In. She was comfortable as soon as the door closed behind us. They were booked, but a chair was available in 45 minutes. We came back and was seated right away. Our Thanks to Jessi at the front desk who also recommended the purchase of a new style curling iron. The Stylist was friendly and easy to to talk with. The Service was great and the price was VERY reasonable! Luzy S.

Had a beard appointment with Cierra today. She did phenomenal and I booked my next appointment before I left. I'll also be getting the straight razor for my head next time, too. If you have a beard and want to keep it looking clean, she will treat you right.
