“I found this plumbing service after reading some recommendations online. I called them early in the morning, and Damian arrived at my place in Norfolk in less than an hour. The pipe connected to my shower head had broken, causing water to leak downstairs whenever I turned it on. Since I only have one shower, it was really important to get it fixed quickly. Damian first tried to repair the pipe without having to break any tiles, hoping to keep the work simple and save me some money, but that wasn’t possible. He ended up carefully removing just four tiles to access and fix the pipe. After that, he even went out and picked up a new shower head for me. Damian was friendly and did a great job on the repair. The price was fair, and I appreciated how he really tried to find the most affordable solution for me.
