I really could not ask for better plumbing service from Dodson Brothers Plumbers. Damian came out on short notice for a complicated sewer backup at our property in Norfolk, where there were a lot of unknowns with the drain and sewer line. He took the time to fully inspect the problem, explain what he was finding, and work through the best repair plan. He also coordinated with the right local contacts and plumbing partners to help get the blockage cleared and the issue fixed the right way. I called Dodson Brothers Plumbers in a panic late one evening after finding water in parts of my basement and having a sump pump pipe burst unexpectedly. Damian helped calm me down over the phone, gave me clear temporary steps to manage the situation overnight, and explained what would likely be needed. He arrived early the next morning and installed a solid long-term fix for the sump and drainage setup. Everything was done the right way, the pipe was secured properly, and the shaking and movement that had worried me before are completely gone. The price was very reasonable, and I would highly recommend them for any sump pump, drain, or basement plumbing work.
A real lifesaver for a plumbing problem with my shower faucet. My hot water was stuck in the on position, and with my only shower not working, i was beyond stressed. Two other plumbers had already looked at it. One wanted a huge amount just for the plumbing work and talked about tearing out tile, replacing pipes, and bringing in another contractor. The second plumber damaged the hot water knob and said the parts were not available anytime soon, leaving me with a wrench just to turn the water on and off.
