The lady at the front seemed really angry and keep interrupting me and kept talking to her friend and wouldn’t even pay attention to what I was saying and while we were sitting 4 new people came in and both were call in before us and then waited 20 more minutes to even get paperwork we need to update this is a really bad place for people of color .

Very patient, professional and helpful. I highly recommend / trust Midwest over any other area health care in town. If they are not able to help they gladly refer you to someone who can.

I took my very sick daughter into the Convenient Clinic this morning and we saw Jaden Schafer, PA-C. She and her nurse were both absolutely wonderful. They were kind, patient and efficient with a very distraught 4 year old. She listened to all my concerns, followed up with questions I had, and made sure we had everything we needed to succeed in what I hope is a speedy recovery. I am very impressed and very grateful for these wonderful women!
