I RAN to make this review. I called and booked a consultation appointment a week ago. I had originally had my hair done at another salon (two left pictures) and was left devastated by my outcome as it looked nothing like my reference photos and I have a photoshoot slowly creeping up. Wreece sat me down today and talked me through how we would fix everything wrong, and turned the consultation into a full blown appointment. I normally do not trust hairstylists due to repeated failed hair treatments that extend far beyond dyeing. After today, I will forever be loyal to this salon. Brooke was so awesome! I came in for highlights and she far exceeded my expectations! She made sure the color blended and I left beyond satisfied and confident! Thank you Brooke! I will definitely be coming back
I have to rave about MaKayla! She's been cutting my hair now for almost a year, and she's brilliant! She listens to what I want. The first time I saw her, I showed a picture of a cut style I liked. She nailed it! We weighed a couple of options, and she cut my hair on how I wanted it, according to me. I loved it! I have to say, though, this last cut was even better. My hair falls into place. I don't know how else to describe it. I'm not having to fuss or fret about it. Besides all this, I love that I make appointments online. I get texts to remind me of my appointments and to reschedule. Communication is done online, and I have to say it's nice not having my appointments interrupted by the phone ringing and the employees looking at each other to see who answers it this time. While services here may be pricier than a big chain, they're absolutely worth every penny!
