Overall the majority of the staff and doctors were great. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable on any questions had. EXCEPT, Melissa one of the front desk ladies was extremely rude. And acted like she hates her job and had no interest in wanting to help you with absolutely anything. Apart from that would recommend, just avoid her.
I have Dr. Jeff Pape as my optometrist. He is a good, caring person. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an eye doctor. He cares about his patients and his office staff is also caring.
