Overall the majority of the staff and doctors were great. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable on any questions had. EXCEPT, Melissa one of the front desk ladies was extremely rude. And acted like she hates her job and had no interest in wanting to help you with absolutely anything. Apart from that would recommend, just avoid her.

This place is UNITY.......NOT NOT Authier, Miller, Pape... Rude front desk, the room with frames would is disgusting ...NO service, 2 poorly groomed frumpy staff too lazy to get up and try to help and then totally clueless. If I have to self serve is there a discount...better off at walmart. Your just lost another long term customer...appalling

Probably the most expensive place in Columbus to get glasses!Basic eye exam, basic glasses---no fancy frame, no bifocals, just photoray.And it cost me $539! And that's WITH eyecare insurance!

I have Dr. Jeff Pape as my optometrist. He is a good, caring person. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an eye doctor. He cares about his patients and his office staff is also caring.
