Competent medically, but horrible customer service. I showed up early with paperwork completed. Left me sitting in the waiting room for 25 minutes past my appointment time. The nurse then enters the data from the paperwork I brought in and does the usual preliminary exam. That took about 15 minutes. I still had to wait for the Dr to get to me. The Dr and staff will ask you questions and begin speaking again before you can answer the question, which is a clear indication that they are not actually listening.
