Michael and his team did an outstanding job replacing our roof. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, the communication was excellent. Everything was done on time and with great attention to detail. It’s clear they take pride in their work. Couldn’t be more satisfied!
About Knapp Roofing LLC
Knapp Roofing LLC did a great job on roofs. The company was easy to communicate with and showed up when they said they would. Work was incredibly efficient and the crew cleaned up after themselves really well. They completed both a primary residence and a rental in just a few days after a call, and the projects were affordable. When a leak appeared, the owner responded the same day and sent a friendly guy the next day. The guy knew right away what to do, gave an estimate then and fix the problem. After tornadoes and hail, the crew was there immediately, look at the damage and fix it before another storm hit. Communication was kept and professionalism from each employee was outstanding. The crew left no mess, showed pride in their work and showed great attention to detail. People are very pleased and will definitely recommend the service to friends and family.

Knapp Roofing LLC exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Michael took the time to walk us through our options, helped us file the insurance claim, and made sure we understood every step. The crew was professional, respectful of our property, and completed the job on schedule. We couldn’t be happier with the results, our new roof looks amazing! You can tell these guys really care about their work and their customers.
